1.Open door to full extent St remove door stopper. Remove door panel & clips that hold wires in place. Wires needed to extend 3-4 inches . Note: Oem wire loom will have to be cut in half to protect the exposed wires.
2.Remove fender & rocker molding. Pull the front bumper forward to gain access to the bolt (if needed). Secure the door to the body with tape [as shown above), then start to remove factory hinges.
3.Install hinge into vehicle. First, hand tight nuts and bolts onto hinge. Then secure tight all nuts & bolts with mechanical tools(not provided).
4.Install the shock. You will need a helper to raise the door. After the shocks are installed & secure, instal the cotter pin.
5.Adjust until the door matches with the striker. Open & close door. Make sure it closes like factory.(Primary align heights)
6.Adjust 6mm Allen set screw to guide diagonal swing arm open & close (for width) [Thread Locking Fluid - Red)
7.Secure the door with roller ball tip set screw for guiding diagonal swing arm for up & down motion. (Steady,Width) and enough to clear the door panel and A pillar. (Thread Locking Fluid - Red)
8.Make sure all nuts, bolts & all alignment been adjust, then close the door for secondary set screw to secure. (Thread Locking Fluid - Red)
9.Cut the inner lip of the fender to make room for the NEWGEN lambo door swing arm to clear. Install fender and repeat step 1 on other side.
