      Description

This scoop is designed to mount onto your hood just in front of your windshield to give your ride a style accent that’s all about the horses living under your hood.

      Sturdy Build Quality. This hood scoop is made from premium ABS plastic, making this component extremely sturdy and resistant to deterioration and cracking over time. Additionally, this hood scoop is machine-formed to exact specifications, ensuring a precise fit and clean finish. Finally, this component comes in a satin black finish that offers a brawny look on its own but is capable of being painted to match your body color.

      Trouble-Free Install Procedure. This hood scoop comes preinstalled with 3M automotive-grade double-sided adhesive tape as well as a polyurethane adhesive for trouble-free peel-and-stick installation. Before installing, your hood should first be thoroughly cleaned and dried before being wiped down with a clean rag moistened with acetone or alcohol to maximize adhesion of the backing tape. Also, please heat-up the mounting surfaces to about 60 degrees Fahrenheit when installing this in cold weather as the adhesive bonds better on warm surfaces. This can be done with a hairdryer or heat gun. Lastly, if you plan to paint this scoop to match your body color to do so before installation to keep the procedure efficient.
