Contents can be harmful use in a well-ventilated such as outdoors or open doors and windows if done in doors to avoid breathing fumes. Read all safety information of each bottle before use.
Installation Instructions:
1. Remove air filter from vehicle.
2. Gently tap to remove and loose debris from pleats.
3. Apply Airaid filter cleaner to both sides of filter and allow soak for ten minutes.
4. Rinse filter from clean side to dirty using low pressure water until all oil and dirt is removed. It may be required to repeat steps 3 & 4 twice until filter screen is completely clean.
5. Drain water from filter and gently shake off any excessive water.
6. Allow filter to air dry naturally overnight or a small fan may be used to speed up the process, rotate filter occasional. Dry time with fan 2-4 hours.
Do not use any heated dryers or compressed air. They will result in damaging filter screen.
7. Once filter is completely dry prepare work surface for oiling by laying down some paper towels or newspapers.
8. Apply Airaid aerosol oil to each pleat on gauze side only. Evenly apply using a distance of 3-6” inches away from filter.
9. Allow oil to soak in to pleats for twenty minutes. If touch up is required using a distance of 8-10” inches in small bursts. Do not over oil filter.
10. Wipe away any over spray along rubber edges.
11. Once completed proceed to reinstall filter back in vehicle.
