How to Install Airaid Modular Intake Tube (15-17 EcoBoost) on your Ford Mustang

Before Image

Step 1: Attach the included couplers to the intake tube.


Step 2: Use clamp #56 on the smaller end and clamp #68 on the large end to secure the couplers. Tighten with a flathead screwdriver.


Step 3: Insert the rubber grommet followed by the aluminum fitting into the intake tube.


Step 4: Loosely attach clamp #40 on the smaller end and clamp #60 on the larger ends of the couplers to complete the intake tube prep.


Step 5: Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.

Step 6: Disconnect the inlet side of the old intake tube by loosening and twisting the clamp.


Step 7: Loosen the clamp on the outlet side of the stock intake tube.


Step 8: Disconnect the PCV and turbo bypass lines from the stock intake tube and then remove the tube from the vehicle.


Step 9: Place new tube into the car and slide over turbo inlet coupler first followed by the airbox side. Reattach PCV and turbo bypass lines and tighten clamps.


Step 10: Reconnect negative side terminal on battery to complete installation.
