Upper Control Arm Stud Kit for front and rear of all C6Z/ZR1/C7s - 16 Studs and all hardware w/ double shim packThis stud kit replaces the front and rear upper control arm bolts on C6Z and C7 Corvettes. By replacing the bolts with studs you minimize wear on the frame inserts and are able to make easy alignment changes by use of shims on the upper control arms. We machine the studs from grade 10.9 metric bolts with a yellow chromate coating, and mill a hex on the end for easy install into the frame. Nuts, lockwashers, washers, Loctite, and full color installation instructions are supplied for a secure and easy install into the frame.The shim kit includes 16 1/16'' thick shims and 16 1/32'' thick shims. The 1/16'' shim decreases camber by about .3 degrees and the 1/32'' shim by about .15 degrees.Minimize wear on your frame inserts and use shims to make easy alignment changes on the upper control arms.Lifetime Guarantee - If you manage to bend, brake, or otherwise fail any part of the Upper Stud Kit, the offending part will be replaced free of charge, no questions asked.
