The APR Performance GTC-200 Adjustable Wing is the adjustable rear for your Mustang Fastback if you’re looking for a functional upgrade that brings a fierce style. Specifically, this rear wing is designed to flow with the lines of your ride, giving it a look like it’s in motion even when standing still. More significantly, this wing’s genuine carbon fiber construction keeps this assembly lightweight for the tracks.
Elevates Aerodynamics and High-Speed Handling. This rear wing assembly’s contoured form is a result of careful computational fluid dynamic (CFD) factors designed to elevate your ride’s aerodynamic characteristics. The result is extra downforce is applied to your rear area, keeping the wheels firmly planted on the road. This in turn boosts your high-speed handling and cornering capabilities. What’s more, this rear wing is completely adjustable, permitting you to fine-tune the level of downforce it provides to conform to your driving style.
Wear-Resistant Build Quality. This adjustable rear wing assembly starts as sheets of premium carbon fiber to offer exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. These sheets are then expertly hand-laid into custom-designed molds before getting subjected to a high-tech vacuum bagging and high-temperature autoclaving curing process. The finished wing components are then finished in a UV protective clear gloss topcoat that allows the carbon fiber weave to shine through prominently.
Efficient Install Procedure. This adjustable rear wing utilizes your Mustang’s decklid as its mounting location. Installing this assembly will require you to drill into your decklid. The wing will also require assembly before installation. Besides these steps, installation is a relatively efficient procedure that’s completed using just standard hand tools and the included mounting hardware.
