How to Install Axial Smoked LED Third Brake Light on your Mustang

Step 1: Open the trunk and remove the (2) 10mm nuts securing the factory third brake light to the deck lid.

Step 2: Pull the factory brake light away from the deck. Twist the bulb sockets out of each light socket and remove the light from the vehicle.

Step 3: Carefully position the LED brake light into place. Connect each of the LED light sockets into the factory sockets.

Step 4: Before reinstalling the LED brake light, apply the brakes to ensure all LEDs are illuminated. *Note: If a section of LED’s doesn't illuminate, remove the LED plug and flip it 180*. Then, reinstall the (2) factory nuts to secure the light to the deck lid.
