Same Caliper Look. The Baer Pro Plus Rear 5-Lug Brake Kit with 13-inch Rotors – Black are designed to deliver the same look for the calipers in the front and back of your Ford Mustang. Baer is the only brake manufacturer which has designed such a brake kit. You’ll love the hand-painted, machined Baer logo on the black finish of the calipers. You will have customized rear configuration with the various piston sizes. The 6-piston calipers were designed to meet D.O.T. compliance for excellent protection from dust, pressure, and weather.
Forged Calipers. The two-piece forged calipers are heavy-duty with the integrated 6 cross bolts. You’ll benefit from reduced brake pad wearing with the staggered piston design. With the innovative design of the two-piece rotors that are drilled and slotted, they deliver optimized performance value. The hardware, pistons, abutments, and suppression springs are made of stainless steel.
Basic Installation. You’ll love the straightforward installation process for this brake kit that includes pre-assembled rotors. You can find helpful instructions on the manufacturer’s website. The kit uses proper banjo fittings and the manufacturer does not use pipe thread fittings.
Application. The Baer Pro Plus Rear 5-Lug Brake Kit with 13-inch Rotors – Black are designed to fit all 1979-1993 Ford Mustang models. The brake kit is sourced and made in the USA.
