Description
Maximized Street and Track Performance. Maximize your V6 Mustang’s performance with the BBK 1-5/8-Inch Titanium Ceramic Long Tube Headers. These long tube headers combine streamlined piping with minimal bends along its structure and a patented scavenging collector design. The result is faster and more efficient exhaust gas velocity to give your vehicle boosts in power and torque. This extra power on tap is sure to give is sure to come in handy, both on the streets or tracks.
Fierce New Exhaust Note. Not only do these headers give you added performance capabilities, but these also give you a new exhaust note. Specifically, these headers transform your already impressive stock sound into a fierce throaty roar that’s sure to make other motorists sit up and take notice.
Deletes Factory Catalytic Converters. These long tube headers will delete your factory catalytic converters. Additionally, these headers are designed to work with BBK’s catted x-pipe which is engineered for total compatibility with these headers.
High Strength Build Quality. These long tube headers are manufactured from high-grade tubular steel measuring 1.625 inches in diameter. Moreover, these steel tubes are completely mandrel-bent and welded for added rigidity and a turbulence-free inner structure. Meanwhile, their flanges are die-stamped from 0.375-inch thick steel. Finally, these header assemblies are finished in an ultra-tough Titanium Ceramic finish for superior corrosion protection.
ECU Re-Tune Not Necessary. Re-tuning your Mustang’s ECU is not necessary when installing these headers. That said, it’s always a good idea to have your ECU re-tuned in the future as this will ensure you get the most optimal performance out of these headers.
No CARB EO Number. These long tube headers do not have a CARB EO number.
