How to Install a BBK Coyote 5.0L Swap Off Road Shorty X-Pipe on your 1979-1995 Mustang

These X-pipes are designed to be used with BBK’s

Coyote Swap Headers # 1634 (chrome) 16340 (polish ceramic)

STEP 1

With vehicle raised in the air and supported on jackstands, pre-install the BBK Coyote

Swap Headers and the supplied studs into the headers collectors.

STEP 2

Lift X-pipe assembly into place and support with a jack. Connect the front flanges of the X-pipe to the header collectors. Slide X-pipe flanges over the header collector studs.

STEP 4

Install the nuts and washers, provided with the headers, onto the collector studs.

STEP 5

Connect the rear of the X-pipe to the stock flow tubes going to the mufflers.

STEP 6

Position X-pipe for best fit and ground clearance and tighten all nuts and bolts.
