The Belltech Muscle Car Lowering Springs with 1.40-Inch Front Drop and 1.40-Inch Rear Drop is an excellent upgrade that gives your Ford Mustang that attractive lowered look and improved handling. The springs are specially made to keep your Mustang’s suspension intact after its height is lowered, reducing body roll and squatting during accelerations. This way, your vehicle won’t only look good while conquering the streets but perform remarkably as well.

        Rugged Lowered Stance. By dropping your vehicle’s front and rear by 1.40-inches, you can easily achieve that rugged, lowered Mustang stance. This gives your Mustang a brawnier profile, making it stand out from the rest of the muscle cars on the road as a result.

        Heavy-Duty Coil Springs. These coil springs are manufactured from chromium alloy steel. They are then hot-wound and shot-peened to ensure that they provide you with the proper lowered height. Afterward, they are coated with a gunmetal gray powder finish, for additional strength and resistance to rust.

        Linear Design. Linear springs (also known as standard rate springs) are engineered with a constant spring rate that stays the same as the spring compresses. This linear rate of compression allows for optimum traction and more predictable handling feel at both low and high speeds. Linear springs will have a slightly rougher ride when compared to progressive springs. Linear rate springs are a popular choice for track and road-course-driven Mustangs.

        Clears Stock and Aftermarket Wheels and Tires. These lowering springs were engineered to be compatible with your stock size wheels and tires, as well as AmericanMuscle’s pre-configured wheel and tire combo kits (specific to your generation), to assure proper clearance with no rubbing issues.
