Control Arm Placement | Rear Lower |
No Wasted Energy. Your Mustang's OEM arms and bushings are deflecting and flexing when you launch and turn, and that's just wasted energy. BMR Suspension designed their Lower Control Arms to take that power and transfer it to the tires, giving you harder launches with reduced wheel hop and greatly improved articulation in your suspension.
Lightweight Strength. BMR Suspension chose lightweight 4130 Chrome-moly tubing and 304 stainless steel rod end spacers to give these control arms a performance-oriented blend of light weight and strength. They complete the part with a sleek black powdercoat finish, giving it resistance against corrosion and striking good looks.
Rod Ends. Viking Performance Teflon-lined rod ends are the best in the business, and BMR uses them to link the rear end of the body to provide a remarkable level of performance.
Application. These lower control arms are designed as a bolt-on upgrade for Ford Mustangs built between 1979 and 1998.
Special Note. BMR Suspension makes no provisions for factory style rear spring or factory style rear sway bar.
