1. If not using lift, position front of vehicle securely on ramps.
2. Jack up rear of vehicle, and place jack stands under rear axle.
3. Using 8mm socket, phillips screwdriver, and push pin removal tool, remove fuel/brake line hold down tabs as shown in IMAGE 1, 2, and 3. NOTE: Lines on later model cars are routed differently and do not interfere with installation.
4. Line up subframe connector under vehicle and mark areas to be prepped for welding. NOTE: We have found variance in fitment throughout model years and condition of the vehicle. Slight modification of mounting surface may be required to ensure proper weld gap.
5. Clean areas marked in step 3 using sander or other prep tool.
6. Use sander to remove powder coat from weld areas on subframe connectors as shown in IMAGE 4.
7. Weld subframe connector to vehicle in all areas shown in IMAGE 5.
8. Paint all welded areas with rust preventative paint.
9. Using 8mm socket, reinstall fuel/brake line hold down tabs. NOTE: Not all hold down tabs will be reinstalled.
10. Lower vehicle.
