Increases Power and Performance. Increase the power and performance of your 2015-2017 GT Mustang by upgrading to a Borla S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust. Borla's S-Type Cat-Back, also know as Stinger, will greatly improve your S550 Mustangs exhaust flow when compared to the restrictive factory exhaust. This is accomplished by replacing the massive mid pipe resonator and narrow 2.5" factory piping with a high flow X-pipe, larger 3" mandrel-bent tubing and a set of Borla's straight-through Stinger mufflers for smooth, unrestricted exhaust flow. After installing a Stinger Cat-Back you will see a noticeable increase in horsepower, torque and engine response.

Aggressive Throaty Sound. Borla's Cat-Back Exhaust not only increases the power output of your Mustang, but it also increases its sound output as well. This Cat-Back features a pair of high flow straight-through S-Type "Stinger" mufflers for an aggressive tone. The included X-Pipe balances out the exiting exhaust gases to reduce drone, while adding a crisp raspy race car growl. This Stinger setup will add a loud aggressive throaty sound to your 5.0's exhaust with an exciting growl that will let everyone know what's mounted between your GT's fenders.

High Quality Construction. Borla manufactures their exhaust systems from high quality 304 stainless steel tubing for superior strength and enduring corrosion resistance. Featuring ultra smooth mandrel bent 3" diameter piping and a set of straight-through "Stinger" mufflers, this Borla Cat-Back will significantly out flow your Mustangs original exhaust system. Included are a pair of 4" 304 stainless steel exhaust tips that are completed in a stealthy black chrome finish. The tips are embossed with the Borla logo for outstanding good looks.

Works with Factory and Aftermarket Headers. Borla engineered their 3" Cat-Back Exhaust to be installed with either with the factory manifolds or larger aftermarket long tube headers by including a set of 2.5" to 3" step-down adapters and intermediate connection pipes. This lets you install the Cat-Back on your bone stock Mustang with the option of adding long tube headers or other performance parts in the future without the need of purchasing a whole new cat-back system.

Direct Bolt-On Installation. Borla designed their Cat-Back to be a direct bolt-on upgrade replacement for your GT Mustang's factory exhaust system. There is no cutting or extra modifications required. Installation of this Borla S-Type Exhaust can be completed in about two hours with just basic hand tools.

Application. This Borla Stinger S-Type 3" Cat-Back with Black Chrome Exhaust Tips is designed to fit all 2015-2017 GT Fastback Mustangs equipped with the coyote 5.0L V8 engine. Not compatible with convertibles.
