      ECU Re-Tuning Not Required. This cold air intake provides its gains in power and torque via its specialized design and does not require you to tune your ECU. However, giving your vehicle’s ECU a re-tune down the line is always beneficial for its performance as a re-tune will sync your engine with this intake’s potential.

      Highly Efficient Oiled Air Filter. This cold air intake keeps the air it delivers to your engine clean by employing a highly efficient oiled air filter. This oiled air filter utilizes woven cotton filter media in a pleated configuration. This design offers exceptional filtration by increasing its surface area. Additionally, this filter can be cleaned and reused using an appropriate filter oil potentially, saving you the cost of regular filter replacement.

      Robust Build Quality. This cold air intake’s air intake tube is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, making it extremely durable and corrosion-resistant while remaining light in weight. The aluminum is then machine formed also integrating a MAF sensor housing for convenient sensor relocation. Meanwhile, the included aluminum air box is insulated and comes with a clear sight window for easy filter monitoring. Lastly, this assembly is finished in a rugged textured black powder coating for outstanding looks and added corrosion protection.

      Straightforward Installation. This cold air intake mounts into your Camaro SS’ stock air intake location. No extra drilling or other modifications to your vehicle are needed. Also, installation requires just standard hand tools to complete.
