Description
Bold Enhancement. If your goal is to put fear in the eyes of fellow commuters when they glance in their rearview, then you'll want to invest in this Ram Air Hood by Cervini's. Utilizing massive front ram air scoops and dual rear heat extractor louvers, this upgrade will provide better air flow throughout the engine bay, releasing heat and keeping under hood temps down. Not only is this hood fully functional, but it adds a nasty, get out of my way demeanor to the front end of your 2015-2017 Mustang.
Underhood Cool Down. Keeping the temperature in the engine bay down is a great way to increase the overall performance of your Pony. Coupling a pair of functional ram air scoops with a pair of louvered heat extractors, this Ram Air Hood accomplishes just that. By allowing cool air in through the two large openings up front and letting hot air escape from the dual rear extractors, your engine will run much cooler.
Turn Signal Provision. If your Mustang came off the assembly line with the classic hood mounted turn signals, have no fear. This replacement hood features provisions within the rear heat extractor louvers, allowing reinstallation of your factory hood turn signals. Combine that classical 60s styling with this modern, aggressive hood for a killer exterior appearance upgrade.
High Quality Construction. This S550 Hood is made to the highest standards from extremely strong, air craft grade fiberglass material. High quality polyurethane heat extractor louvers are easily adhered to the hood with 3M double sided tape to provide a secure bond. An integrated underhood channel keeps washer hoses and turn signal harnesses out of sight, providing a super clean, car show ready addition to your 2015-2017 Mustang.
Direct Replacement. Unlike some other aftermarket hoods, this Ram Air Hood has been designed as a direct fit replacement without any small caveats. In other words, you won't have to worry about any trimming, cutting or drilling, fidgeting with hinges or latches or needing hood pins to hold it down. This Cervini's Hood installs using the factory hood hinges, striker bar and latch, as well as factory prop rod. Not only that, it utilizes the Ford windshield washer nozzles and keeps them out of plain view.
