Worth the purchase
Wanted to change up the appearance of my mustang without replacing the hood and I was not disappointed. Makes my mustang unique since this type of scoop isn't common. Plus I loved that it was paint matched.

Open box pre painted large hood scoop
So I bought an open box hood scoop that was listed in fair condition with scratched. I figured for a couple hundred bucks cheaper I’ll make it a project. We’ll. The scratches weren’t to bad and came out with a good waxing but there was a razor gash in it that I’m guessing was from whoever had it when they opened the box. that was not on the description and customer service knocked off another 50 % so that was pretty cool. All and all it came out great and customer service is top notch

Looks awesome, paint match is perfect. expensive for what it is. I used some automotive glue w the tape, the tape alone will wear off

abs large hood scoop pre painted 15-22 mustang GT
very nice hood scoop,color match was perfect.only thing was had to heat up the front because there was a 1/2 inch gap on the front sides,other than that was pretty easy to install,just make sure you measure and have extra hands to help align....

Awesome Hood Scoop & Easy Install
This was my first time ordering from American Muscle. Shipping was delayed one day due to the winter storm up north, but it arrived the next afternoon. I was quite impressed with the fact that it was a perfect color match as it stated. It was also a very easy install that took about 10 minutes if you count cleaning the hood surface, drying, etc. It looks amazing and adheres well. I will test it at highway speeds after a couple of days to be safe.
