How to Install a Chrome EGR Valve Vacuum Sensor Cap on your 1996-2004 GT Mustang

Tools Required
  • Velcro (optional)
  • Sensor cap

Removal Procedure: 

1. You want to pull your hood latch, and open up the hood. 

2. You want to locate your egr valve vacuum sensor. 


3. Get your Velcro and egr valve sensor valve ready to install. 


4. We are all ready to install the cap. 

5. Place one of the Velcro circles on top of the egr valve sensor. 


6. Place the matching Velcro on your egr sensor cap. 


7. Now you are ready to install the cap onto the sensor. 

8. Place the cap on top of the sensor 


9. That’s all for the install portion. Enjoy your new engine dressup.
