Brakes Cooler. Using the Australian manufacturer's Kangaroo Paw pillar fin design, the DBA Drilled & Slotted 4000XS Series Front Rotors is a brake rotor that literally spins heat away and out of its edges and gives your Mustang a +15% to +20%, fade-free braking power boost. These fins swirl the air so that centrifugal force carries it out and away from the rotor's center, taking the heat with it. The 144 diamond shaped and teardrop shaped pillars raise the rotor's inner surface area, increasing the amount of heat that radiates off rather than staying trapped in the metal. Brake fade is minimized while the longevity of both the rotors and the brake pads gets a significant boost.

Superior Build. Featuring high quality high carbon, heat treated iron that resists warping or cracking even in extreme heat, the DBA 4000XS Front Rotor is a 5-hole model for fitment to your ‘Stang. The rotor's non-friction areas are painted black, which not only improves appearance but slows down the inroads of rust and corrosion. The heat-treating process strengthens the iron molecules' bonds and make it much less likely that the 4000XS will deform even in extremely hot, stressful conditions.

Bolt-On Fitment. Like most brake rotors, the DBA Drilled & Slotted 4000XS is made to bolt on in place of the stock rotors. The box also includes full instructions.

Application. The DBA Drilled & Slotted 4000XS Series Front Rotors are designed to be used on 2005-2010 GT Mustangs or 2011-2014 V6 Mustangs.
