Tools Required:
► 6mm-11mm Sockets
► 7/16” Socket
► Flathead Screwdriver
► T-30 Torx Driver
► Wire Stripper/Crimping tool
Step 1: Remove the driver’s side mirror control panel by pulling away from the door
Step 2: Disconnect the harness connecting the door to the mirror control panel
Step 3: Remove the 3 Bolts holding the old mirror in place.
Step 4: Pull the inner door handle out and pop the inner cover out exposing the torx screw below.
Step 5: Pull the window control assembly towards the interior of the vehicle to remove it.
Step 7: Using your fingers or interior trim removal tools, pull the panel behind the door pull out and up to remove it from the vehicle.
Step 8: Remove the T-30 torx screw behind the door pull and the door handle.
Step 9: Remove the 7mm screws located around the outer part of the door panel and pull the panel up and away from the door.
Step 10: Unplug all connectors holding the panel to the door leaving the door handle cable attached.
Step 1: Route the wire through the door panel and into the harness that passes through the vehicle.
Step 2: Remove the interior kick panels and door sill panels.
Step 3: Using a stiff wire tool, route the tool into the harness to pull the wires into the interior of the vehicle.
Step 4: Locate the wiring harness that runs down each door sill and expose the wires within.
Step 5: Wire the mirrors into the vehicles harness using the supplied wire splices.
DRIVERS SIDE – Tap into the WHITE/RED wire with the positive (red) and ground the black wire to the black wire in the harness
PASSENGER SIDE – Tap into the DARK PINK/WHITE wire with positive (red) and ground the black wire to the black wire in the harness
Step 6: Test the mirrors to ensure proper operation.
Step 7: Install the Raxiom Mirrors and reverse steps 1-10 in the previous section to reinstall the door panel.
