A trim and molding tool set is not needed but would work as well to remove any push pins that may have broken off into the door.
Removal Process
Step 1: Looking at the Back of the door panel locate the old push pins that need replacing.
Step 2: After locating the worn pins you will see hole in the panel board next to the push pin, the hole you can see is connected to another smaller hole where the push pin is currently at. To remove the old pin push the pin into the larger hole.
Step 3: pull straight out to remove pin from the panel board.
Step 4: repeat on all other push pins that need to be changed out.
Installation
Step 1: Take your new push pin and put it in the larger one of the two holes.
Step 2: Slide the push pin into the smaller hole until it stops.
Step 3: repeat on all other spots that need new push pins.
Step 4: After all Push pins have been replaced line the pins up with the corresponding holes on the door and push in one at a time.
Step 5: enjoy your door panel now being connected to your door.
