      Description

      Improved Everyday Braking Performance. If you feel that your Mustang GT’s braking performance is not up to par anymore, you need the EBC Brakes Stage 1 Ultimax Brake Rotor and Pad Kit for the Front. This front brake and rotor kit is designed and built to OE specifications, making installation a time-saving process. More importantly, the pads and rotors that come with this kit are engineered to raise your ride’s braking performance for safer everyday driving adventures.

      Rugged Cast Iron Rotors. This kit features front brake rotors manufactured from high-grade G3000 iron alloy using a specialized casting process. This produces rotor blanks that offer maximum strength and durability. These rotor blanks are then machined, ensuring perfect balance and a factory fit. Finally, these components receive an advanced Thermic Black coating designed to provide superior corrosion protection and a rugged look.

      Vented Rotor Design. These front brake rotors also include an internal vent design that works to cool down the rotors. Additionally, the rotor face’s solid and flat design provides maximum surface area for the brake pads to interact. These factors deliver consistent, fade-free braking.

      Ultimax Aramid Fiber Brake Pads. This kit includes the Ultimax series brake pads which are EBC’s OE-style pads. These pads are outfitted with a specialty aramid fiber braking compound that offers greater stopping power when compared to your ride’s factory counterpart. Moreover, these pads’ working surface is finished with a unique coating that minimizes bed-in time. This surface coating allows you to achieve optimal braking performance much sooner.

      Very Little Dust and Noise. These Ultimax pads’ aramid fiber brake compound is also formulated with fewer metallic compounds. This translates to very little brake dust generated by the pads. Also, these pad assembly’s backing plate will produce less noise even without shims, which makes for a quieter ride.

      Hassle-Free Install Procedure. The brake rotors and pads included in this kit mount onto factory locations on your Mustang without the need for modifications. Furthermore, installation is completed using just standard hand tools as well as a bottle or two of DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid and high-temperature brake pad lubricant.

      Complete Front Kit. This EBC front brake rotor and pad kit offers a pair of front brake rotors, and two front pairs of the Ultimax aramid fiber brake pads. This kit also has some high-temp lubricant that you will need for installation.

      Includes a Limited 6- and 12-Month/10,000-Mile Warranty. This EBC Stage 1 Ultimax brake rotor and pad kit includes a limited 6-month/10,000-mile warranty against factory defects to the pads and a 12-month/10,000-mile warranty for the rotors.
