      Description

      Advanced OE Design and Performance. When choosing an OE brake rotor and pad kit, you can’t do better than the EBC Brakes Stage 1 Ultimax Brake Rotor and Pad Kit for the Front. This kit features design elements that work to improve everyday braking performance, making them perfect for daily-driven Mustang GTs. What’s more, the rotors and pads that come with this kit is made to OE standard to ensure the installation is a hassle-free process.

      Brawny Cast Iron Rotors. This kit utilizes premium rotors cast from high-quality G3000 iron alloy for maximum strength and durability. The resulting rotor blanks are then precision-machined achieving superior balance and an OE-grade fit. Finally, these rotors receive an advanced Thermic Black coating, giving them exceptional corrosion protection and sleek looks.

      Vented Rotor Configuration. These front brake rotors also feature internal vents designed to dissipate heat much faster. Similarly, these components come with a solid rotor face style that’s extremely flat, providing maximum pad to rotor face contact. These factors come together to ensure reliable braking performance.

      Ultimax Aramid Fiber Brake Pads. The brake pads included with this kit are the Ultimax OE-style brake pads. These pads assemblies get their stopping power courtesy of a high-performance aramid fiber braking compound. This compound offers exceptional performance overstock and also includes a unique surface coating designed to reduce bed-in times. This allows you to achieve ideal braking power in a shorter amount of time.

      Scant Dust and Noise. Another area where these brake pads offer excellent performance over stock is their scant dust production. This is courtesy of having lower metallic compounds in their formulation. What’s more, these pads’ specialized backing plate produces less noise even without shims.

      Direct Install Procedure. This kit’s rotors and pads install onto factory locations on your Mustang without the need for additional modifications. Installation may need a bottle or two of DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid and high-temperature brake pad lubricant. Other than these items, installation requires just standard hand tools to complete.

      Complete Front Kit. This EBC front brake rotor and pad kit offers a pair of front brake rotors, and two front pairs of the Ultimax aramid fiber brake pads. This kit also some high-temp lubricant that you will need for installation.

      Includes a Limited 6- and 12-Month/10,000-Mile Warranty. This EBC Stage 1 Ultimax brake rotor and pad kit includes a limited 6-month/10,000-mile warranty against manufacturing defects to the pads and a 12-month/10,000-mile warranty for the rotors.
