      Description

      Distinctive Tone. With the Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Offset/Same Side Out Oval Muffler, you can stay street legal while giving your Pony that distinctive, rich Flowmaster exhaust tone. What's more, its two-chamber design and patented Delta Flow deflectors mean you'll notice less in-cabin noise.

      Increases Torque/Horsepower. Is your stock muffler robbing your 'Stang's performance? The two-chamber, precision-deflector design of the Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Muffler supercharges your exhaust, giving you a marked increase in torque and horsepower.

      Tough Construction. The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Offset/Same Side Out Oval Muffler is crafted from durable 16-gauge aluminized steel and is completely MIG-welded for the ultimate in strength and durability. 40 Series Mufflers also don't have any packing, so there's nothing to blow out.

      Modifications Required. This Muffler was designed to be used on mutliple applications, as it is not a direct fit replacement part. In order to install this Muffler properly on your vehicle, some modifications to the exhaust system will be required.

      Application. The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Offset/Same Side Out Oval Muffler is built specifically to fit all 1979-2004 Mustangs, excluding 1999-2004 Cobras.
