      Description

      Mellow Exhaust Tone. When it comes to exhaust tone, louder isn't alway better. In fact, when you hear the subtle tone of the Flowmaster 70 Series Center/Offset Oval Muffler on your Pony, you just might prefer it, especially when you hear how its precision deflectors keep your cab as quiet and calm as can be.

      Enhanced Torque/Horsepower. Is your stock muffler robbing you of your 'Stang's true performance? With a huge chamber, the Flowmaster 70 Series Big Block Muffler accommodates maximum exhaust flow, giving you a marked increase in torque, engine efficiency and horsepower.

      Tough Construction. The Flowmaster 70 Series Center/Offset Oval Muffler is crafted from durable, corrosion-resistant 16-gauge aluminized steel and is completely MIG-welded for increased strength and durability. The 70 Series from Flowmaster is designed to be ideal for Mustangs with heavier payloads or towing duties.

      Modifications Required. This Muffler was designed to be used on mutliple applications, as it is not a direct fit replacement part. In order to install this Muffler properly on your vehicle, some modifications to the exhaust system will be required.

      Application. The Flowmaster 70 Series Oval Muffler is built specifically to fit all 1979-2004 Mustangs, Except the 1999-2004 Cobra models.
