      Description

      High-Performance Without the Drone. Despite its compact size, the Flowmaster DBX Muffler produces a deep, moderately-aggressive sound that is smooth and refined, with minimal interior drone. This muffler lets you flex your Mustang’s muscles without the hum of unwanted audio accompaniment.

      Compact Laminar-Flow Design. The DBX Muffler from Flowmaster is engineered to be small and compact, which makes it ideal for challenging installations. It uses Cool Shell technology to reduce radiated heat and Laminar Flow muffler technology to provide superior performance in a small package.

      Stainless Steel Excellence. The Flowmaster DBX Muffler features a rugged, fully-welded construction with a 304 stainless steel exterior casing. Internally, it is built from 409S stainless steel to provide the highest levels of long-lasting performance.

      Modifications Required. This Muffler was designed to be used on mutliple applications, as it is not a direct fit replacement part. In order to install this Muffler properly on your vehicle, some modifications to the exhaust system will be required.

      Lifetime Limited Warranty. Flowmaster guarantees its mufflers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original owner retains the part. Some restrictions apply, so refer to the manufacturer's warranty for details.

      Application. The Flowmaster DBX Muffler fits 1979 to 2004 Mustang models excluding the 1999 to 2004 Cobra.
