Description
Signature Aggressive Flowmaster Sound. Your Ford Mustang has the ability to achieve and even surpass its full performance potential, and the Flow Master Super 40 Series Center/Offset Oval Muffler will facilitate this. This muffler improves the exhaust flow of your Mustang's exhaust which consequently increases its horsepower and enables it to achieve a deeper throatier exhaust note. With this muffler, you are bound to turn heads with that truly classic muscle car sound.
Superior Quality Design. The Flow Master Super 40 Series Center/Offset Oval Muffler is distinctively designed and then MIG welded from the long lasting 16 gauge 409s stainless steel to deliver a strong, quality structure with longer usable life. Additionally, the 40 series muffler utilizes the new and innovative two chamber design that increases power and delivers a better quality sound. This is also boosted by the 2.5” diameter outlet and inlet which are in an offset configuration. To top it off, the muffler bears the Flowmaster name as a guarantee of quality.
Modifications Required. This Muffler was designed to be used on mutliple applications, as it is not a direct fit replacement part. In order to install this Muffler properly on your vehicle, some modifications to the exhaust system will be required.
Warranty. Flowmaster offers a guarantee that the Muffler is free from any material and craftsmanship flaws and provides a 3-year limited warranty on the same.
Application. The muffler is compatible with all 1979-2004 Ford Mustang Models and 1999-2004 Ford Mustang Cobra Models.

LOUD!
If you want to make noise, these. But they're very loud. Paired with headers and it's a nice low rumble, but absolutely ear shattering when you floor it. And drones like a mofo on the highway. Bolted right up - took about two hours to remove the old and fit the new stuff on. 7/10.

I love these axle backs not only is my car louder but it has a deeper tone which is what I was going for and on top of that it sounds more aggressive as well definitely worth a 5 star rating
