Description
Two-Chamber "Gen II" Delta Flow Technology. Listen to the rumbling noise escape from your exhaust as you give your Mustang some power sporting the Flowmaster Super 44 Series Offset/Offset Oval Muffler - 3.0. The classic sound is delivered through two steel chambers, of which were manufactured using "Gen II" Delta Flow Technology. A lighter interior tone is produced with this muffler and the low interior resonance minimizes pressure in the exhaust, which enables you to achieve better horsepower and torque.
MIG-Welded and Embossed. Take a good look at the Flowmaster Super 44 Series Offset/Offset Oval Muffler - 3.0 and you will get an idea of the quality craftsmanship that has gone into creating it. Engraved with the word "Flowmaster", the muffler's authentic aluminized steel frame has been MIG-welded to increase strength and permeability. The 16 gauge aluminized steel is thick and impenetrable, so you can feel confident that it will last for years on your beloved Mustang.
Warranty. With every purchase of a 40 Series Offset/Offset Oval Muffler, a Lifetime Limited Warranty comes as standard. Flowmaster's warranty can be redeemed by the original purchaser. Coverage remains valid for workmanship or material-related defects. It is void in cases of misuse, poor installation and normal wear.
Modifications Required. This Muffler was designed to be used on mutliple applications, as it is not a direct fit replacement part. In order to install this Muffler properly on your vehicle, some modifications to the exhaust system will be required.
Application. The Flowmaster Super 44 Series Offset/Offset Oval Muffler - 3.0 is specially crafted for application with all 1979-2004 Mustang models. The set is not suitable for 1999-2004 Cobra Mustangs. The muffler contained in the box features an offset configuration to perfectly match its inlet/outlet diameter.
