1. With T-10 screwdriver, remove the 2 screws holding the foglight in.
2. Carefully pull the foglight out through the opening in bumper. Be careful not to scratch bumper.
3. Disconnect the fog light's wire connector and set the old housing aside.
4. Repeat on other side.
5. Here's what we're left with.
6. I found it difficult to install the new fog lights with the plastic liners without almost scratching up the bumper. I decided to install them from behind the bumper.
7. Set the parking brake, jack up the front end of car and place it safely on jack stands.
8. From behind the bumper, remove the large, 15mm nut securing the foglight mount to the bracket.
9. Remove from car.
10. Using the 1/2" wrench, disassemble.
11. With two, T-10 screws, attach the plastic mount to new foglight. I reused the old plastic mounts, the new ones were a hair too wide to fit in the metal mount and I was too lazy to file it to fit.
12. Next, reattach the metal fog light mount to your car with the 15mm nut.
13. Before installing the fog light housing, bend the plastic liner into this shape. The liner will slip in between the bumper cover and the bumper support.
14. From the left side in picture, slide the fog light housing into place. Make sure the plastic mount is between the metal mount and the plastic liner is between the bumper cover and support.
15. Slide long bolt through the metal and plastic mount, tighten down with a 1/2" ratchet and wrench.
16. Insert bulb and attach wire.
17. Repeat for the other side and we're done.
