Designed using high-tech Solid Modeling Technology, this cylinder head is engineered to optimize airflow and combustion. The result is more efficient power delivery throughout your Mustang’s rpm range.

      Outstanding Performance. The Ford Performance 302/351W Z-Head Aluminum 63-cc Cylinder Head With 7mm Valves features a fully CNC-machined 63-cc combustion chamber to greatly reduce carbon build-up which can affect air flow. This cylinder head comes cast with high-flow ports, providing super-efficient airflow. Performance is further maximized by accommodating larger 2.08-inch intake and 1.60-inch exhaust valves.

      Rugged Construction. The Ford Performance 302/351W Z-Head Aluminum 63-cc Cylinder Head With 7mm Valves is manufactured from cast A356 T6 aluminum for superior strength, minus the weight. This bare cylinder head weighs just 27 pounds, which is much lighter than stock. This cylinder head comes pre-installed with steel alloy intake and exhaust valve seats for strength, and manganese-bronze valve guides for smooth valve actuation. Please note that the valve guides and seats require finishing.

      Direct Bolt-On Installation. The Ford Performance 302/351W Z-Head Aluminum 63-Cc Cylinder Head With 7mm Valves is designed as an OE-style cylinder head and bolts-on directly to your 302 or 351 Windsor engine. Installing this aluminum cylinder head needs extensive mechanical skills and knowledge, as well as a number of tools. As such, an installation by a professional is highly recommended.

      Application. The Ford Performance 302/351W Z-Head Aluminum 63-cc Cylinder Head With 7mm Valves fits 302 And 351 Windsor-Style Engines.

      Application Notes. The Ford Performance 302/351W Z-Head Aluminum 63-cc Cylinder Head With 7mm Valves Head is intended for competition use only, and must not be installed on vehicles meant for public roads. This cylinder head requires a competition valve job and bowl blending. Other components required by this cylinder head include a guide plate, 0.437-inch screw-in studs, exhaust valves, and 7-mm intake valves, roller rocker arms, and an intake manifold gasket. Additionally, custom headers and a raised exhaust port exit may also be required.
