      Description

      Performance and Racing Upgrade. If you really want to realize your Mustang’s potential, you should consider upgrading the stock engine. You can start by installing the Ford Performance BOSS 351 Engine Block. This is a great upgrade from stock, as it is constructed using the latest technology and manufacturing techniques from both the production and racing worlds. It is designed primarily for performance, so it is strong enough to handle the stress of demanding operation when you’re testing your car’s limits.

      Quality Construction, Superior Performance. The Ford Performance BOSS 351 Engine Block is cast from diesel-grade iron and designed with added material in key areas to create an engine block far superior to any Ford OE block ever produced. It has a 9.50-inch deck height, finished at 9.500 inches plus 0.010 to 0.015 inches, and a 4.125-inch bore capacity, finished at 3.990 to 3.995 inches rough bore. What's more, it has a NASCAR-inspired front oil feed on both lifter galleys.

      Direct-Fit Installation. This Ford Performance BOSS 351 Engine Block is designed to be compatible with the original 351W blocks. As a direct-fit replacement for the BOSS 351 block, you can directly install on where the original once was with minimal adjustments. It has revised oiling and cooling system passageways. For easy installation, it is also designed to accept factory roller lifter guides and lifter guide retainer.

      No Warranty Included. Most Ford Racing Performance parts, including this BOSS 351 Engine Block, are sold with no warranty. They are sold “as is,” “with all faults,” “as they stand,” and without any express warranty whatsoever, unless otherwise expressly designated. Should the part be defective following the purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer, shall assume the entire cost of servicing or repair.

      Application. This Ford Performance BOSS 351 Engine Block is designed to fit all Ford Mustang models.
