Efficient Exhaust Flow, Improved Torque and Horsepower. The Ford Performance by Borla Extreme Cat-Back Exhaust improves your car’s exhaust system with its efficient straight-through design. The Ford Performance exhaust has fewer and smoother bends, so exhaust gets expelled immediately, reducing back-pressure build-up that greatly reduces your torque and horsepower. Reduced back-pressure build-up leads to better torque and horsepower gains for your engine.
Mandrel-Bent T-304 Stainless Steel. The Ford Performance by Borla Extreme Cat-Back Exhaust is made from T-304 stainless steel, a lightweight yet strong material commonly used for commercial construction and aviation. The tubing is mandrel-bent in order to produce smoother bends and uniform diameter all throughout. It sports a polished stainless finish, which undoubtedly looks good, and also helps preserve the metal for a long time by preventing corrosion. Also included in the kit are carbon fiber exhaust tips, which makes your car’s rear end look very appealing.
