Installation Instructions
1. Prior to lifting vehicle ensure vehicle is locked in gear and emergency parking brake is fully engaged with wheel chock placed behind rear wheels.
2. Loosen lug nuts.
3. Proceed to raise vehicle with floor jack and place jack stands under vehicle recommended jacking points securely and lower.
4. Remove lug nuts and wheel from vehicle.
5. Loosen and remove both 12mm caliper slide bolts using a wrench.
6. Remove the brake caliper from bracket.
7. Remove slide pins and protective boots by pulling straight out.
8. Discard boots and used hardware.
9. Install new rubber boots on slide pins.
10. Lubricate the pins and bore with the specified brake grease.
11. Install new glide pins in to caliper bracket bore, using a twisting action to spread grease evenly along the inside bore surface.
12. Reinstall brake caliper, align flats of caliper with flats of slide pins.
13. Apply blue threadlocker to new mounting bolts and torque to 25 ft-lb.
14. Reinstall wheel and tighten lugs to 98 ft-lb.
