Then you need to upgrade to the Ford PerformanceTremec Magnum T56 6-Speed Manual Transmission. This Tremec T56 is the perfect replacement for your old TR-3650 and has a torque capacity of 700 lbs./ft. making it ideal for high-performance applications such as a 5.0L Coyote engine swap.

Built Ford Tough. The Ford PerformanceTremec Magnum T56 Transmission is equipped with a 26 spline input shaft and a 31 spline output shaft and features provisions for mechanical and electronic speedometers. This Tremec Magnum T56 Transmission is capable of handling up to 700 lb-ft of torque.

Gear Ratios. 1st 2.66; 2nd 1.78; 3rd 1.30; 4th 1.00; 5th 0.80; 6th 0.63

Application. The Ford Performance Tremec Magnum T56 6-Speed Manual Transmission is designed for use in the 1999 to 2004 Mustangs equipped with a small block Ford 4.6L SOHC/DOHC or 5.0L Ti-VCT V8 engine.

Installation Notes. This Tremec T56 transmission may require a shorter driveshaft, a modified crossmember/trans mount and other minor modifications for proper installation. For SBF 302/351 Windsor engines use Quicktime bellhousing (part# 8031), for 4.6L/5.0L/5.4L modular engines use Quicktime bellhousing (part# 8080).
