96-98 V6s have dyno proven gains of 20 RWHP and 20 ft-lb's of Torque or more on Bama Custom Tunes. By optimizing the air/fuel ratio and tweaking variable cam timing, a Bama Custom Tune is proven to squeeze out the extra horsepower that Ford left on the table.
Performance
Drastically enhanced throttle response and a much more aggressive throttle map will dramatically improve your Mustang's acceleration, shaving tenths off your quarter mile time while throwing you into the back of your seat every time you smash the gas. Automatic transmissions will see an even greater gain in acceleration and drivability, as the tune adjusts shift points and firmness.
Personalized
For each and every Bama Tune, we ask you 19 questions about your specific Mustang, including your unique set up and intended use, in an easy to use web form. This information allows us to write an entirely custom tune just for your specific vehicle to ensure we deliver the most power and performance possible.
Proven
Our Bama Custom Tunes are developed in-house on our Dynojet 224xLC chassis Dyno. Hours of research and development through street, track and dyno testing/datalogging left us with fully refined custom tunes. The Bama Performance team has exclusive access to our inventory of parts.

Race Tune
This tune will get you the largest increase in performance. Designed for the "Race only use", as the timing and throttle response are very aggressive.
Performance Tune
This tune adds power at 3000 RPMs and higher, focusing more on the top end HP and all out performance driving.

The iTSX App lets you control the vehicle-tuning and monitoring capabilities of the iTSX Wireless OBD-II Interface, the first and only "Made for Android and Apple" vehicle tuner and OBD-II monitoring product on the market. The iTSX Wireless OBD-II Interface plugs into your vehicle's OBD-II diagnostic connector, and communicates with your Android or Apple device via a secure Bluetooth wireless connection. Please Note, the Tuner will NOT connect to Apple products through Bluetooth with the latest iOS update.

When you order a iTSX, you aren't just getting a tuner - you are getting the tuner and 3 dyno-tested custom Bama tunes:
- Street (87-93 octane) - The street tune is designed as a daily driver program that focuses on increasing mid-range power. Automatic vehicles are further enhanced by making adjustments to the transmission's shift points and firmness.
- Performance (87-93 octane) - The Performance program is designed to add power at 3000 RPMs and higher, focusing more on the top end horsepower and all out performance driving. Timing, fuel and throttle response settings are slightly more aggressive than the street tune. This is a great track tune but also works well for daily drivers that are looking for a little more "get up and go" than the street tune. The automatic transmission settings are the same as in the street tune.
- Race (91 - 93 octane) - The race tune will ensure the largest increase in vehicle performance. Using the highest grade of fuel available in your area is mandatory. This file is designed for "Race Use Only", as the timing, fuel, and throttle response settings are very aggressive. It is so aggressive that we do not recommend it for daily driving as it may cause your vehicle to try to jump out from a stop and easily spin the tires. On automatics, we implement entirely new shift points and firmness settings to further enhance the all-out performance of the vehicle.
Nitrous (91-unleaded race gas) - Our nitrous option can be added to any of our previously mentioned tune options, but only for 91-octane unleaded fuel.
Easy to load; easy to restore. When you load your custom tune on the vehicle, the iTSX automatically stores your vehicle's factory settings. To return the vehicle to its factory settings, just select the option to restore the factory settings, and you're done.
