Description
Designed for Ultimate Performance. Provide better engine airflow for your Mustang EcoBoost with the K&N Series 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake. With this intake kit, a larger amount of cooler air is produced, and smoother and straighter air flow is achieved. This results in powerful acceleration, super fast throttle response, and consistent power gains to your ride up to 15.72 horsepower at 4224 RPM.
Low Maintenance Air Filter. The K&N intake system utilizes Filtercharger air filter that is manufactured from a high-flow cotton gauze material. This air filter is washable and re-usable, and offers superior filtration compared to a traditional paper material. It has an oversized conical shape, and lasts up to 100,000 miles before needing to be cleaned.
Well-Constructed. Made from high-density crosslink polyethylene, the inlet tubing of this Series 57 FIPK intake has been mandrel-formed to ensure it holds up well to heavy use. This construction also results in cooler air delivery compared to metal tubes. A parabolic diverter chamber boosts air velocity while ensuring better air flow.
High Flowing Air Box. A tough polyethylene tube accommodates the factory mass air sensor and air temperature sensor. This uniquely shaped air box pulls in cooler air outside into the custom molded intake for a guaranteed power gain and quicker throttle response.
Air Intake Installation. This intake kit can be easily installed on your Mustang using basic hand tools in about an hour and a half. Although this is a relatively easy installation, some mechanical skill is still required to do the install. This direct-fit air intake kit replaces your factory OEM parts.
Million Mile Limited Warranty. This Series 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake comes with a million mile limited warranty. Please check the manufacturer’s website for more details.
Application. The K&N Series 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake is designed to be compatible with all 2015 to 2017 Ford Mustang EcoBoost models.
