How to Install a MMD Trunk Emblem Surround on your 2010-2012 Mustang

Before beginning, be sure to thoroughly
clean the emblem and area around the
emblem on the rear decklid. This will
ensure the adhesive tape adheres properly.

(1) - Emblem Cover
(1) - Alcohol Prep Pad
1. Using the supplied alcohol prep pad, thoroughly wipe down the chrome plated area of the emblem where the cover will adhere.
2. Remove the tape backing by pulling on the small tab as shown.
3. Install the cover over the emblem as shown, making sure the thicker wall (marked by a green line) of the cover is at the top. Once the cover is properly aligned, press down firmly around the edges to fully seat the tape.
