Race Ready Stance and Appearance. Turn your Mustang Convertible into a formidable road and race track machine with these Maximum Motorsports Road & Track Lowering Springs. Apart from giving your car an aggressively lowered appearance, these springs also significantly improve its performance. Because these springs lower your car’s center of gravity, you can enjoy better cornering and handling, all while maintaining superb ride quality.
Designed for Improved Handling and Performance. These Road & Track Lowering Springs have slightly higher spring rates than your car’s OEM springs. The added stiffness helps prevent body roll when driving around tight turns and prevents nose dives in powerful brake applications. Moreover, the higher rate of these springs allows for faster steering response, so you can drive more safely, especially in difficult race driving situations.
Installs Fast and Easy. This set of lowering springs are designed for easy installation. They bolt directly to your Mustang’s factory mounting points without cutting or drilling. Note that for proper installation, some specialist tools may be required. Maximum Motorsports also recommend replacing the spring isolators before installing these lowering springs.
Application. The Maximum Motorsports Road & Track Lowering Springs are designed to fit 1983-1993 Ford Mustang Convertible models that are equipped with a solid axle.
