Intimidating Racing Appearance. Transform your Mustang Coupe into an aggressive looking race machine with this set of Maximum Motorsports Road & Track Lowering Springs. But more than just making your performance car look more aggressive, these springs make your car perform even better. They effectively lower your car’s center of gravity for significantly improved handling and cornering without sacrificing ride quality and comfort.
Built for High-Performance Driving. This set of lowering springs feature a progressive spring rate that is slightly higher than that of the Bullitt, Terminator, and Mach 1’s OEM spring rates. The higher rate of these springs helps reduce body roll in tight corners and prevents your car from diving when applying powerful brakes. In addition, these slightly stiffer springs significantly improve steering response, which make them ideal for intense driving conditions.
Convenient, Bolt-On Design. The Road & Track Lowering Springs bolt directly to your car’s stock mounting points with no additional cutting or any modification required. However, some specialist tools may be needed for proper installation. Moreover, the manufacturer recommends replacing the spring isolators before installing these springs.
Application. These Maximum Motorsports Road & Track Lowering Springs are designed to fit 1996 to 1998 Ford Mustang Coupe and 1999 to 2004 Ford Mustang GT Coupe models equipped with a solid axle.
