How to Install Modern Billet Upper Mesh Grille - Black (15-17 All) on your Ford Mustang

Step 1: Open your hood and remove the push pins holding the radiator
cover. Remove the Radiator cover.

Step 2: Remove the screws holding your bumper on. (Red) 8mm (Green) 5.5mm hidden under the weather stripping on both sides.

Step 3: Remove the screws holding your front splitter from underneath.

Step 4: Carefully pull out on your fenders and lift the front bumper up and over the top studs. Gently set it down and disconnect your DRL and turn signal lamps.

Step 5: Using a flat head screwdriver pry the tabs holding your grille to release it from the bumper. Be careful not to break the tabs.

Step 6: Hold your new Modern Billet grille in place carefully lining up the spacing and mark your holes with a marker.

Step 7: Remove the grille and drill out the 14 holes marked with the marker. DO NOT attempt to drill through the grille tabs as it will cause your alignment to be off.

Step 8: Put your new grille back in the front bumper and secure the 14 screws and locknuts provided. Install all 14 loosely and slowly work your way around until all 14 are firmly secure.

Step 9: Reinstall your front bumper in reverse order of removal.
