How to Install MMD Pre-Painted Decklid Panel on your Mustang

Using a panel removal tool, gently remove the caps covering the deck lid panel bolts. Then, remove the (4) 7mm screws.

Use the panel removal tool to gently separate the factory deck lid panel from the deck lid. 

Unplug the reverse camera. Then remove the panel from the vehicle. **Note: Take notice to the orientation of the camera for reinstallation. Otherwise, the camera will be inverted.

Using a 5.5mm socket remove the screws holding the camera to the factory panel. Transfer the camera to the MMD panel, reuse factory screws. 

Using a screwdriver, remove the factory clips from the deck lid panel and transfer them to the MMD panel.

Plug in the camera, install the MMD panel using the factory screws and replace the screw covers.
