How to Install a SR Performance Throttle Body Spacer on Your 2005-2010 Mustang GT

What’s In Box:

• SR Performance Throttle Body Spacer
• Gasket
• Four bolts and washers

1. Make sure engine is cool before handling. Start by loosening clamps where the intake meets the throttle body.

2. Use the 8mm wrench to remove the top (2) bolts from the throttle body.

3. Use the 10mm wrench for the bottom (2) bolts from the front of the throttle body. Without the extension it is almost impossible to unscrew the bottom bolts.

4. Take throttle body off the intake manifold and hold in one hand. With other hand, place in order: Throttle Body, Gasket, Spacer, and Intake Manifold. Screw in all (4) bolts and washers using the 10mm wrench. (Here is a picture before tightening bolts completely).

5. Reattach Intake tube and filter and tighten clamps to a secure fit.

6. Installation is complete!
