How to Install MP Concepts Full Replacement Decklid Panel - Gloss Black on your Mustang

Using a panel removal tool, remove the caps covering the deck lid panel bolts. Then, remove the (4) 7mm screws.

Use the panel removal tool to gently separate the factory deck lid panel from the deck lid.

Unplug the reverse camera. Then remove the panel from the vehicle. **Note Reverse Camera will be removed and reinstalled on to the MP Concepts panel.

Remove the factory (4) push clips across the top of the decklid panel. Transfer the clips to the MP Concepts panel

Remove the factory (4) screw clips across the bottom of the decklid panel. Transfer the clips to the MP Concepts panel

Install the MP Concepts Decklid panel to the car, and push the panel up engage the clips. Then fasten the (4) 7mm screws to bolt the decklid panel in place.
