Step 1: Remove headlight housings by removing retaining clips by pulling all 4 up and out located in picture. Then either disconnect fixtures or set aside or if it permits set in
engine bay out of bumper removal path.
Step 2: Remove trim retaining clips and trim by unscrewing the screw part then removing clip part like pictures below there are 6 clips. Note there is a trim piece in the first pic that will need removed if not already deleted like mine.
Step 3: Now under the car remove clips connecting the bumper to the frame to yet another trim piece by prying them with a flat head. Note be careful removing these clips as they are well known to break or have an extra set handy there are 2.
Step 4: Now unscrew fender well retaining screw again there are 2. Note this will allow you to peel back plastic fender well to get at the Bumper bolts and the fog light plugs. Location in picture.
Step 5: Disconnect fog lights buy unplugging there power cable or removing fog light completely.
Step 6: Now you just have this last step before removal. Unbolt the 4 11mm Bumper bolts holding the bumper to the car. There are 2 on each side. They are located where right on the inside of upper fender wells. Refer to pictures. Note mine are covered by HID Ballast Stock will not be.
Step 7: Now carefully remove bumper without letting studs scratch the car. May want a buddy to assist. Pull studs out from frame and set old bumper aside.
Step 8: Now Prep bumper by installing new hardware for mounting by riveting metal plates to plastic tabs on bumper. (If you bought the fog bezels and lights to go with it install those before installing bumper to make it easier but it can be done with bumper installed.)
Step 9: Finally reinstall your bumper doing everything in reverse and replacing all the clips and bolts you removed.
