      Description

      Precise Reading. A Magnetic Camshaft Position Sensor monitors the position of the camshaft in an engine. It sends this information to the ECU, which uses it to manage, among other things, ignition timing, fuel injection, and emissions controls. With all of these variables in mind, the ECU can figure out how to modify in order to offer the best output at any given time.

      Reliable System. A Magnetic Camshaft Position Sensor's main selling points are its accuracy and durability. Because most OEMs believe it is crucial for complying with emissions regulations, it's usually one of the most expensive components of an engine. Because the sensor is so trustworthy, it only has to be changed or repaired on a relatively infrequent basis.
