How to Install MMD Mustang Eleanor Style Scoops on your 2005-2014 Mustang

Note: I find it helpful to use the tin snips for larger cuts, and the wire cutters for smaller, more precise cuts.

1. Using the 3M adhesion promoter, wipe down all the edges and the two cross hatched areas where the double-sided tape will be applied.
2. Apply the double-sided tape on the perimeter edges of the window louver and the two cross hatched areas.

3. For the rear grille start by taking the small piece of mesh and cut 1 inch from the shorter side.
4. On the long side make a 90 degree bend 1 inch in from the edge.
Note: It helps to use the edge of a table to make a square, straight edge.
5. Place the grille on the louver and make another bend where the grille meets the top section of the louver.

6. Using the 3M adhesion promoter, wipe down where the rear grille will attach.
7. Cut two, three inch strips from the supplied roll of double sided tape and place them on the top and bottom section of the louver.

8. Remove the backing from the tape and press the grille into place firmly.
9. Once in place you can cut the excess grille from the edges or fold them over.

10. To install the front grille lay the template over the larger piece of mesh and cut notches out from each corner down to each point of the template.
11. Place the grille in the louver and make bends to allow the grille to sit flush.
12. Once the grille fits properly clean the surface with the 3M adhesion promoter.
13. Cut two, six inch strips from the roll of double-sided tape and center them on the top and bottom section of the louver.
14. Cut two, one inch strips and apply them to the sides of the louver where the grill will attach.

15. Remove the backing from the tape and press the grille firmly into place.

16. To install the louvers onto the car start by cleaning the windows surrounding area with the alcohol prep pad.
17. Remove the backing from the tape on the louvers and place the louver over the window making sure to cover the entire window.
18. Once in the desired location, press down firmly to fully seat the window louver.
