How to Install Radiator Extension Covers on your 2005-2009 Mustang GT and V6

Installation Instructions:

1. Remove the two 10mm bolts on the top front of the headlights using the 10mm socket wrench

2. On drivers side fit the lip of extension cover under the edge of the radiator cover and let it sit flat on top of the headlight. And place the black bolt that was sent with the covers into the bolt hole you removed and tighten it down with the 10mm socket wrench being careful not to over tighten it.

3. On the passenger’s side of your mustang if you have a prop rod you can carefully place the hood on your shoulder to hold it for a moment while you can slip the rod through the opening in the extension cover and then prop the hood on the rod again.
4. Slip the lip of the extension cover under the radiator cover. Then just line up the cover and put the 10mm bolt in the bolt hole like the driver’s side again taking care not to over tighten the bolt and your done!

5. After they have been installed your engine bay will have a more finished look.
