The 1000HP Answer. The Paxton 8-Rib Supercharger Tuner System and Novi 2200SL Compressor is the end-all-be-all for forced induction solutions in your 2015-2017 GT. This kit features a Maxflow Competition Air Inlet for huge intake compression potential, Novi 2200 self-lubricating centrifugal supercharger, stainless steel clamps, new engine coolant reservoir, and a replacement coolant pipe and hose assemblies to ensure reliability and performance under extended redline conditions. A Paxton Maxflow Race Bypass Valve with filter ensures boost pressure can be relieved in between shifts – an absolute must at the high PSI this system puts out.
Race-Ready Construction. The Paxton's 3" aluminum charge tubes are mandrel-bent for maximum airflow and minimal weight, while the air/air charge cooler is welded for strength. The kit is connected together with rugged stainless steel clamps. Billet aluminum and steel mounting brackets provide confident holds under high-intensity runs.
Novi 2200 H/D Supercharger. The Novi H/D Supercharger compressor is an industry-leading, self-lubricating design. That means you don't need to route oil lines, and you'll never need to worry about servicing your supercharger's oil system with removal. Effective gear lube and bearing temperature control's all provided by the Novi's uniquely configured transmission housing. A remote fluid drain hose and additional fluid is provided for simple change-outs without removal.
PSI and Performance. This system is uses a 3.80" drive pulley for 7.5 to 8.5 PSI at the redline on stock motors. An 8-rib drive ensures lesser chances of belt slippage in high boost applications, while the mounting system features multiple position idler locations for a wide range of belt and pulley fits.
Installation. This kit requires an expert installation from an experienced mechanic. This kit includes idlers, a drive belt and all hardware to install, but it does not include a fuel system or tuning components. The MAF Housing is 98mm and is configured for "blow-through" use.
Tuning Required. This kit does not include fuel components or calibration, and custom dyno tuning is required for safe operation. Failing to tune properly will result in severe engine damage and failure.
Tuner Kit. Tuner Kits include the Supercharger Head Unit, piping, mounting bracketry and parts required for basic installation. Tuner Kits do not include fuel components, electronic components, programmer or calibration. Custom dyno tuning is required for operation.
Application. The polished Paxton Mustang 8 Rib Novi 2200 H/D Supercharger Tuner Kit System is specifically designed to be used on the 2015-2017 Mustangs equipped with the 5.0L V8 engine.
