The calipers are made from aluminum and finished with a rugged powder coating that keeps corrosion from being an issue. Medium Installation Process. It’s moderately challenging for a mechanic to install this full-vehicle brake kit, and a mechanic is expected to spend between 2-3 hours putting all the components on. This kit can be installed at home with a few special tools, but many owners choose to leave the installation to the pros.
