Step 1:

Begin by removing the 6 fasteners holding the factory plastic radiator cover to the radiator support. This is done by unscrewing the center until the head comes up enough to pull it out. Then remove the retainers themselves by gently prying with a flat head screwdriver. Remove the cover when all fasteners are removed.

Step 2:

Using an 8mm socket, remove the two bolts securing the factory radiator supports. Also remove the upper hood latch bolt using an 8mm socket.

Step 3:

Using a 10mm socket, remove the two nuts securing the overflow bottle to the radiator support and move it to the side as shown.

Step 4:

Install the supplied rubber O-rings onto the supplied metal radiator support brackets. Slide the brackets over the studs on the radiator as shown below.

Step 5:

Place the two supplied thick washers over the new radiator support brackets. Place the two supplied thin washers over the overflow tank studs on the radiator support.

Step 6:

Place the new cover on the radiator support, making sure to line up the mounting points. You can choose to place the cover either over or under the factory plastic grill. At this point you may remove the protective film on the cover.

Step 7:

Use the original 10mm nuts to bolt down the factory overflow tank. Use the supplied allen head bolts and small washers to bolt down the radiator support brackets.

Step 8:

Re-install 4 of the plastic retainers you removed in step one to secure the new cover to the grille as shown.

Step 9:

Snap the supplied plastic hood prop retainer into the new cover to complete the installation.
